Great neighborhood. Clean house with plenty of room for our group. We cooked meals in the stocked kitchen. Only request would be a larger/another trash can. We felt bad leaving so many bags outside. Thanks again

University Heights Stay

Beautiful neighborhood, great local restaurants and LOTS of natural beauty very close by! Perfect home for entertaining with children! I traveled with my husband, his son and had our three granddaughters stay for a week! Lovely home, great playroom for ages 2 to 15! Very safe neighborhood, the house could use a few updates …. Window shades falling apart and lawn needed to be maintained more but we had great communication with the owner and she sent someone out to mow the lawn.also wish she recycled like the neighbors do, we took our recycling out with us! But honestly had a lovely stay.

Has Potential

Nice quiet neighborhood which felt very safe. The location worked well for day trips to the sites we were visiting. Arriving at the home just before sunset we noticed the yard was overgrown. No clean towels so we had to purchase some. Messaged the owner who was surprised to hear there weren’t any towels. She reimbursed us for the cost of the towels and the cleaning fee, which was nice. The next day upon returning home we found the city had tagged the front door with a violation notice for the unkept yard. Sent the owner a copy of the notice. She had someone there in the morning to cut the grass. The house has great potential but could use more attention. Owner was easy to work with and responsive.

Vacation stay

Upon arrival home was dark really dark entering the home it has an old smell dirty smell as if it needed to be scented via plug in’s the rooms were acceptable the game room was old and dusted the basement furniture bean bag very filthy the furniture needs to be cleaned. While holding an Airbnb property you need to have an Amazon account to order clean white towels and wash rags as yours were filthy and grey/brown not appropriate.The leaving the front door secured with a chain was horrible. The tv in master room don’t have a remote the bed is not leveled on the right side near window the bathroom shower had a water bottle with appreance to have sprem in it.And it also had left over men body wash which is still there.The linen closet needs organized the carpet upstairs needs shampooed as home can have potential.The kitchen had no trash bags the outside trash was full from previous guest the washer and dryer smelled really bad.However a good cleaning company to deodorize home will help and proper cleaning and accessories will be a great add on.The home is spacious very home had a lot of room the home has no color to it as it remain as a creepy home.
