Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used linens and towels in the hamper located in the primary bedroom. If they don’t all fit, just set them next to the hamper.
Please load and start the dishwasher 2hrs prior to checkout to allow it to run a full cycle before the cleaner arrives.
Please collect all personal items and remove any trash. Place trash and recycling in the dedicated bins outside in front of the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love the location's proximity to downtown White Bear Lake, the freeways, the Twin Cities, and other towns we love like Stillwater and Hudson. There are great restaurants, golf, lake activities, shops and more all within 10 minutes from this home.
What makes this property unique
Everything has been redone with absolute care, and the quiet neighborhood offers a relaxing and private place to stay while still being minutes away from the action. Additionally, all cleaning, laundry and yard products used in this home are organic and non-toxic.
