Beautiful 4 Bedroom Mediterranean style Condo in Bella Piazza
Enjoy this third floor unit!! Whether you are staying for a few nights or for a couple of months, there is no way to go wrong with this resort style condo!! This unit sleeps 8 people. Including all the supplies you will need during you stay. Such as, towels, linens, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washer, dryer, wireless internet and more!!

The living area features a very nice sectional sofa with flat screen tv and cable service. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with cable, full size baby crib and it's own private bathroom with a roman tub and shower. The second master features a Queen size bed and it's own private bathroom. The third and fourth room each have 2 twin beds and share a bathroom.

Your kids will have a blast at the Children's Water Playground and you too can enjoy both resort style pools, fitness area, games rooms, business center at this fantastic location. Just minutes from Disney and the main attractions. Take advantage of our concierge service program; we can have a grocery package placed at your villa prior arrival, deliver flowers for your significant other along with tons of other services.

The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. The condo met all of our needs. As usual, would benefit from new mattresses, and probably a somewhat better cleaning between occupents. Overall, the location and amenities met all of our needs.

Great location close to most of the amenities we needed. Also close to all of the dining establishments on 192. Configuration met our needs perfectly. Exterior of the complex remains very nice. Interior would benefit from updating the bedrooms including new matresses. Everything was in working order.

Our condo was clean & in good condition from the year before. All appliances were in good working order. TV was replaced due to old one not working. Appreciated the recently shampooing of the carpets. Welcome Homes management reservations is the best as is their maintenance crew. Overall, we are looking forward to our return in 2021.

Great Price- Nice Accommodations

Condo was spacious and clean. Easy Access and Fantastic customer service. Walls could use a coat of paint. Bedding needs some attention (paper thin sheets with some tears in them. Some furniture had nicks in it making it look like something was on it all the time. Barstool (1) needs repair. These are minor issues that would not stop me from renting again. Just a few $ investment would really enhance the condo.

Condo location was great. You could get to any location simply. Condo it self was OK. Basics, kitchen, bedrooms. sitting/dining area. The bathrooms needed more storage space. The shared one between to rooms needs over the door racks. For towels & clothing. Or over the toilet shelving to put toiletries. 3 women shared that bathroom. Not enough storage. Air filter needed changing. Was visible dirty. And kitchen could at least have salt & pepper seasonings. And lastly New twin mattresses. All 4 beds were horribly HARD and not comfortable

Bad experience

Hi, I have been a Marriott employee for more than 15 years…and I have always stayed with Marriott every time we go for vacation…this vacation home was not to Marriott standard..and it is associated with Marriott vacation club… When we enter the place..it was all musky in smell, carpet was really really dirty, water marks on the ceilings.fridge was dirty, outdated in furnitures, bathrooms are not maintained (caulking, always clogging toilets, looks dirty). One time the light popped. Sink waste disposal not working. Over all we were unsatisfied with our stay..please fix this so that other people won't be discourage

We have rented this Condo for last 7 years and have seen the decline in two important areas as far as mattresses and carpet are concerned. Definitely in need of new mattresses in king, queen suites, new box springs and mattress on queen suite and box springs and mattresses on all 4 of the twin beds. Beds creek and the springs are coming through the mattresses for queen suite and on all 4 of the twin beds. Carpet is completely coming up from the pad in king suite and the other bedrooms. Jennifer is so appreciated because she is very prompt in scheduling repair for needed issues that are broken or need immediate attention when we arrive for our time. Know the difficulty of having rotating renters constantly is ongoing, yet Jennifer is a wonderful professional that does an exceptional job for us and our requests. We appreciate her very much. Our Stay

Our stay here was good, everything was just as described, wished there were TVs in the kids rooms for them to play their games but we managed. Only complaint is that the dishes were nasty and wished the washer and dryer were bigger to fit more clothes, especially the towels since they were to be put in wash before we left( couldn’t hold it all). Other than that everything was nice and the room was accommodating. Thank you
