Private, quiet, guest house located on the west coast of Phuket Island. Close to all the beautiful beaches, Patong night life, and 40 minutes from Phuket International Airport. We offer two accommodations, a two bedroom apartment and a one bedroom house. Both units have kitchens, European bathroom, A/C in the bedrooms, TV/DVD/ADSL, off-street parking, and shared swimming pool. There is a privacy wall that surrounds the property which also provides security. Rom-Yen Guest House is just a 15 minute walk to Kamala Beach and has taxi service, restaurants, 7/11, bars, laundry, ATM, theme parks FantaSea and Carnival Magic, and more located nearby. On-site American owner available to provide information on tours and activities available and help to acclimate first time visitors.

Mr. Walter was a guest who was traveling alone. Before his reservation request was accepted he was told of our policy my both myself and a Home Away representative, that only registered guests were allowed to spend the night in the accommodation. Mr. Walter chose to disregard that policy. As the owner/manager I was obliged to remind Mr Walter of the policy in order to respect the rights of my other guests. That is the reason he said I was "very rude" and not because I said anything to him in a disrespectful manner. At the time of his review I was new to Home Away so that is why his review gave me such a low rating. I hope visitors to the Home Away listing will take this into consideration. Thank you.
