Come experience Paradise! 1 Bedroom Condo right at the water's edge. Perfect for those who want to get away from it all, this condo has everything you need. The living room and kitchen have full ocean views. This perfect piece of Paradise offers a beautiful white sand beach that is great for long walks on the beach (it's 6 miles long making it the longest continuous beach in the state of Hawaii).

Green sea turtles love this stretch of beach and lay their eggs on the beaches just north of the complex. Also about a mile away is Kealia National Wildlife Preserve with a boardwalk to observe tropical birds environment... without harming their nesting areas. In the winter months, Humpback whales have chosen the warm waters of Maui to have their babies. Between December and early April, you will see mother whales teaching their babies how to breach, bringing most of their bodies out of the water and landing with a spectacular splash.
It's location is perfect for all your island adventures. Right in the middle of the island, you are centrally located to Lahaina, Wailea and Upcountry Maui. Beautiful Condo and Resort

Our first stay at Sugar Beach resort. The condo unit was fantastic and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend

Great stay on Sugar Beach

Condo is in a great location. Steps from beach and pool. Very quick drive into Kehei town. Very well decorated and consistent beach theme. AC works well and keeps bedroom cool. Kitchen well equipped (needs a cutting board). Would absolutely stay again!

Maui getaway

Wonderful stay, excellent location, loved the fact that we could take daily walks on the beach to the farmers market, get a shaved ice, or just take a stroll, the pool was nice, met a lot of nice people and family's, the grounds were nice and well maintained. The unit we stayed in was great, well stocked and great view of pool area and ocean.We arrived later in the day,after 7:00, our reservation confirmation had the access code, but not the actual unit number..fortunately we were able to get ahold of the host directly! Jennifer was very responsive. Initially had difficulty accessing the w-fi,there were several options for our specific unit and I was trying to access the wrong one..

Maui 2025

Booked trip in May of 2024. 3 days before arrival received door code. Upon arrival we were denied entry due to double booking by the property manager, who in fact hung up on us twice without offering any help to find us another place to stay. We ended up finding a condo working with Hawaii Real Estate Executives, who were wonderful to work with, We had to cut short our vacation due to it only being available for 1 week and we had planned on staying 2 weeks. Also had to reschedule flight and car reservation. We did receive a refund for the condo booked. I would not recommend booking with this property manager.

Beautiful view

Very nice and relaxing property. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It is clean,, (a bit dated) well equipped with all kitchen necessities, the A/C worked perfectly. Could use more bathroom towels, only 1 set out for use, would have to bring out the plastic bins in the closet to get to more. The washer only fills 1/4 way with water maybe that’s normal but could only do a few items at a time. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would most definitely return

Great condo with beautiful views, but....

This was a wonderful condo, very clean with everything we needed provided. The view was exactly as pictured and the interior was well furnished and cozy. Check-in process was a breeze and front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. We really did enjoy everything except one important detail that was not mentioned. Our unit (#211) was located right next to the elevator which was utilized pretty much 24/7 by other guests. And the elevator is extremely loud (makes the same noise as a loud waste truck), especially from the bedroom (I think the elevator is located right behind the bedroom wall). We had a hard time falling asleep at night unless we were extremely tired, because of the loud noise the elevator made every 10-15mins going up and down. I wish it would have been specified in the listing that the unit is right by the elevator, as we would have booked a different unit.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay here. The bed was so comfortable, beautiful view, pool and hot tub were great. Lots of what you need to enjoy a vacation were right here (beach towels, beach chairs, etc). It was very windy, but maybe that is just Maui this time of year.

My husband and I came to Maui to celebrate 10 years together. We knew we would be exploring the whole island, so Kihei was the perfect central location. This condo was perfect! Very clean, spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more! We loved looking out at the water each morning as we enjoyed our breakfast on the lanai. This property exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable and special trip.

First time to Maui and loved it!

The unit is pretty well stocked in kitchen and bathroom. Has beach towels, beach chairs, beach blanket and noodles to use. The bed is super comfy. Easy quick walk to pool and beach. Sugar beach was great walking. The whales were out in fine form and even some sea turtles poking their heads out of the water near shore. We will be back!

I moved to Maui almost 20 years ago with my husband and boys, ages 1 & 3. We became part of the community through coaching and being team mom for several youth sports including soccer, basketball and baseball.

I love the ocean, paddleboarding, watching for the green flash at sunset and when the humpback whales are in season.

Hosting helps me share what I love so much about my island home and reminds me to not take it for granted.

Why they chose this property

I love walking along Sugar Beach.

If you wander north, you'll see many crabs, fish and birds. You may see the outrigger canoes going for a paddle. They have visitor paddles if you would like to experience it. You can also learn how to e-foil. Kealia National Wildlife Refuge has a walkway over the pond for perfect views of Haleakala, West Maui Mountains and many types of birds, fish and butterflies. If you go to the end of the beach, you'll reach Maalaea Harbor featuring Maui Ocean Center, shops and restaurants as well as many fishing and sightseeing boats.

If you go south, just across the street from Kihei Canoe Club, there's a convenience store, bakery, farmer's market and shave ice.

The resort offers a concierge, massage, sauna, bar/restaurant, pool, spa, and BBQ's.
