Welcome to your home away from home! This newly refurbished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom house is ideally located just blocks from the heart of historic Main Street St. Charles, MO.

The home features a full kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs, a cozy front porch with a swing perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation, and a private driveway with additional parking on the rear pad. Need to do laundry during your stay? There's a laundromat conveniently located right across the street.

Whether you're here to explore Main Street's shops and restaurants, attend local events, or simply enjoy a relaxing getaway, this charming house is the perfect base for your stay!

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units, we must make you aware of the following:

PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $100 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

-If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
-Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
-Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
-An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
-We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
