The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Leave used towels in the bathtubs. No wet towels on the hardwood floors please.
Take the trash to the gray bins to the Left of the Cottage. There are 2 in between 522 and 524 and you may use either one. ALL trash must be bagged and tied (per the City of Hot Springs).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We enjoyed our stay at Orange Street Cottage. The house was nice and we loved being able to walk to town and the park. The beds were very comfortable and the private area on the back deck was nice to have. The only thing I would suggest is to put curtains on the bathroom windows.

The vacation rental was very nice and had everything you could need. There is a deck and small yard for your fur babies. You can walk to bathhouse row, it was about 9 blocks away.

We had a wonderful time in this amazing home. It was perfect! The house is very close for walking distance to restaurants! All of the special extra amenities were a wonderful touch! The home was clean, beds were very comfortable, and loved having two king-size beds! They are pet friendly and have a great outdoor and deck! Having a waffle maker with all supplies needed to make breakfast with homemade waffle waffles was amazing! We will definitely be returning to this unit again when we return to Hot Springs, Arkansas! The communication with Melissa was extra extraordinary, anytime we had a question she answered within minutes! There is nothing they could’ve done to make this a better vacation! Thank you!!

Orange Cottage is the cutest VRBO we have ever stayed in! The location is fantastic. There are so many things to do within walking distance. Attention to detail throughout the house is fabulous. Malissa is professional, personable, and exceptional at all she does! We tried many of her recommendations, and we loved all of them! If you want a cute, whimsical, home away from home, stay at the Orange Cottage. You won't regret it.

Great Vrbo experience! The house is clean and has nice “amenities” like an air fryer,Laundry detergent, lots of games, etc.The host was very helpful as well. We had a WiFi problem and she contacted me directly to figure it out and offered to come fix it personally if needed. Also just a really cute house! The porch was nice too and I’d love to come stay again when it isn’t 100 degrees to enjoy it.

Very cozy and comfortable

Reminded me of the old apartment me and my fiance used to live at, so it was very nostalgic for us. Loved how they renovated the unit but still kept a lot of the old charm that made the house so unique, especially the doors and original wood floor. Very impressed with the creativty used for the design. Only thing I found missing was the backporch light wasn't turning on, but that's a very minor issue and barely worth a mention since it was too hot and buggy at night for us to hang out in the back anyways - A typical Arkansas summer night.

Our stay here enhanced our race weekend!The accommodations; creatively decorated and pleasant surroundings were delightful. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, comfortable bedding allowed us to fully enjoy our stay. Supplying all the ingredients to make scrumptious waffles was a welcome surprise - how ingenious! We will certainly consider again when the race season returns.
