The pool is in clear view of the back covered balcony and conveniently located on site. You can walk to the CB Boardwalk in less than 9 minutes. This welcoming property features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a mix of king, queen, full, and twin beds. Perfect for families, couples and a beach getaway for anyone. The living room offers an additional space with a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping arrangements. Guests have two parking passes available to them during their stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the bed sheets that were used and leave them on the master bedroom floor. Place only used towels on the hall bathroom floor.
Please place used dishes, glasses and silverware into the dishwasher and press the start button twice to begin the washing cycle. Set Smart Thermostat to 73 for air conditioning and 65 for heat.
To exit, hold button at the top of the Smart lock until you hear the door lock. Please bring garbage bags and recyclables to the receptacles in the garage area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please rinse off sand from the beach using the outdoor shower and/or water hose beside the pool.
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is only allowed on the front sun deck and the rear covered balcony.
No pets allowed - $300 fine per pet if rule is violated.

Best condo we’ve stayed at in this bldg! Well decorated, comfortable, and clean. Fantastic location with beach access across the street and a short 10 min walk to the boardwalk and restaurants. Had an issue with the security system and door lock, but it was quickly taken care of by Casey.
