36’ Vintage Comfortable RV Screened Patio, 3 Acres 15min to Ocala & The Villages

Pets stay free (max 2). Plenty of room if you’re hauling any toys. Vintage RV 1-bedroom 36' private and comfortable and on 3 acres in a very private location. Your space features a screened patio, complete with a patio table/chairs and ceiling fans. Inside the RV, there's a separate bedroom with a queen bed, tv, and a large mirrored closet. In the living area, you'll find a comfy recliner for 2 with 40” tv, including premium aps and wifi. A dining table for 2 is in the kitchen. The full kitchen includes refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, a propane stove top, toaster, Keurig stocked with coffee & tea, All the silverware and cooking utensils are stocked in the cupboards. Your own bbq grill is ready outside. A full bathroom includes a shower, including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There is central AC for the hot days and central heat in the winter.

The 3 acre property is located at the very end of a quiet dirt road. The RV shares the property with only 1 house, providing a wonderful spot where you’re only hearing the birds singing and rustling majestic oaks. Plenty of room for any large toys that you might be hauling. The best of both worlds: country peace and a wide variety of restaurants, golf, fishing and entertainment within 15-30 minutes drive. I75 is a quick 15 minutes.

The Villages is 20 minutes to the south, Ocala is 20 minutes away with the World Equestrian Center to the north, The Gulf is an hour to the west, and the Atlantic is 1-1/2 hours to the east. DisneyWorld and Universal Studios are 1-1/2 hours to the south.
Please note - this is an RV in the country. Mother Nature is all around and while we do our best to keep her out of the RV, sometimes we get bugs or critters. We have a professional exterminator service and do our best to keep nature out, but she sometimes works her way in.
