Enjoy a Funky Living Area to Lounge, Play Games or Stream your Favorite Movie on the 65" 4k TV. The Kitchen is Fully Stocked and you will Sleep Well in the Brand New King Size Bed! It is the Perfect Home Base for your Hot Springs Getaway! Located in the Historic District, just 2 Blocks from Central Ave. *FREE ONSITE PARKING

After a Day out Exploring, Snuggle into the King Size Bed and Relax or Stream a Movie on the 42" Smart TV.

The Ensuite features a Custom Tile Shower and Complimentary Toiletries.

The Clementine is Side "A" of a Duplex with the Tangerine next door! If you are Traveling with Family or Friends and want to stay close, inquire about Renting BOTH!

*The Laundry Area offers 2 Washers and 2 Dryers (available at no charge and complimentary detergent and dryer sheets are provided).

Your hosts are local Realtors and are available should you need anything during your stay! You will have our cell phones in case you need immediate assistance, or you can message us through the app. We love hosting guests in our beautiful city and our goal is for your vacation to be memorable!

I LOVE this little house! It is so cute, the pictures don't do it justice. Highly recommend making waffles from the waffle bar provided in the kitchen. This house is within walking distance of several restaurants and cute shops. Most importantly, the mattress was awesome and this was the best sleep I've ever gotten away from home. When we visit Hot Springs again, we will definitely be staying here. Melissa is also very prompt in getting back to you if you need anything. :)
