Our newly updated 5-bedroom lake house features a hot tub, steam shower, a huge outdoor patio and deck, a well-appointed kitchen and BBQ (a cook’s dream! Share memories in our huge living room and a massive dining table easily seating 12, two balconies off top-floor bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. More fun awaits you with an enormous rec room boasting a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball table, and 65" flatscreen TV, board games and much more! This incredibly large home offers fun for small and large groups (young and elderly) including 5 bedrooms with queen bed, 3 bunk beds, and 3 cubby children beds. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and washing machines, you’re all set for a delightful stay where making memories with your loved ones will truly be unforgettable and relaxing. Expand your lodging: Optional Bungalow that sleeps up to 6 more guests, please inquire. We can't wait to welcome you to our fabulous retreat!

Please note: Garage, kayaks and boats are private. Children must be supervised at all times, please bring life jackets. Combined with Optional Bungalow, sleeps maximum 15-18. Only registered guests are allowed on premise. In the event Guest initiates a chargeback, Guest agrees to pay an administration fee of $500 to Owner regardless of the outcome of dispute. Guest must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation of this property. There are outdoor Ring security cameras around home for your added protection, please do not touch or tamper, a fine of $500 may be imposed, thanks. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Please tidy up and restore furniture as you found them • Empty fridge/microwave/oven • Start wash of bath towels & blue-white bed sheets (not comforter/ blanket)
• Start dishwasher and wash pots/pans/large items • Take out garbage (gray bin) and recycling cans bottles paper (blue bin), by white mailboxes. Compost at side of garage (no bones)
• Turn off AC/heat • Lock doors/windows • Turn off lights • Put away outdoor toys & furniture
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Owner is held harmless from all claims; Guest assumes full responsibilities for any injuries and damages
Kayaks, garage and secured rooms are private. Please rinse yourself before entering hot tub to avoid extra cleaning charges.

A great space for our two families with teen kids. The host has created so many inviting spaces inside the home and around the property. When wild fires required a last minute cancelation we were lucky to find a spot that would still give us easy access to water play. There was plenty of patio space down by the lake to inflate and store our SUPs and kayak. The boat launch is just a couple minutes away, by road and by water. The weather was a bit chilly for us to take out the boat but we saw people tubing and waterskiing. The lake seems just barely big enough.Just inside the property gate, there is a charming wood bridge crossing a creek, then a fairly steep gravel road curving down to a sizeable parking area. The parking area is large enough that we were able to turn our boat trailer around and detach it for our stay while still allowing our truck and 3 vehicles room to manuever when we wanted to explore locally.We really enjoyed exploring the local, independent coffee, antiques, books and shops in Sedro-Woolley, Mt Vernon, and La Conner. We could have stayed longer and still had plenty to explore locally. Inviting nooks to read, places to lounge and private spaces to retreat. A variety of comfortable outdoor spaces to play, relax and gather. The views and convenience of lakefront access. Fully stockedr sized gam The property itself could be the destination.

The house itself is lovely and well-appointed, with particularly modern and updated bathrooms. We appreciated the abundance of supplies—plenty of towels, dishes, silverware, and even a generous selection of spices. The backyard opens up to a serene lake, and the view is truly breathtaking. However, the yard itself felt cluttered, almost like a flea market, and could benefit from a thorough cleaning to match the beauty of its surroundings. The most significant issue with this rental was the owner’s approach. A few days before our trip, we were sent a two-page contract filled with punitive clauses and were told that entry instructions would only be provided upon signing. In fact, we received the access details just one hour before arrival. Then, a day our arrival, we were informed that the large window overlooking the lake was broken and would not be repaired in time.After our departure, we were notified of a supposedly burnt pillow and billed 50 through VRBO. When I asked for clarification, I received three conflicting explanations about where the pillow was found. I provided video evidence of our departure, which showed no damage or burnt pillow in the area cited. Only after this did the owner withdraw the claim—though not without a condescending tone.Our group has been renting through VRBO for over 15–20 years, and we've never encountered treatment like this. The house itself is absolutely worth the price, especially if the backyard is cleaned up. But watch up for the own

Sedro Wooley has a cute downtown with mom&pop stores, antiques, coffee shops, diners and restaurants as well as a seasonal farmers market. We're also close to the North Cascade National Park.
