Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If the bbq grill was used, please clean it and turn off the propane tank.
If the fireplace was used, the remaining ash must be collected and dumped in the ash can (placed in the front door).
There will be a minimum charge of $25 if any of the check-out items is ignored and resulting in extra cleaning efforts.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking, vaping, e‑cigarettes
PLEASE refer to "House Manual" for spa instructions before using the spa.
Any damage or extra cleanup of blood, vomit or other fluids will be charged separately.
