We wish the deck/patio view would have been better but pleased with such easy parking and beach access! Also hate we had to leave early because of the hurricane so hope we can get a partial refund!

The condo was so cute! I am marking it as a favorite for the next time my family and I want to visit Santa Rosa! Condo was so convenient to the beach. Having the beach chair service was a pro I didn’t expect to love so much!! While I didn’t have children with me, I am a mom and noticed a pack n play store under the bunks another huge plus!!

Great space and location for the price

We really enjoyed our stay at seagrove serenity. The unit was nice and clean and provided all the basics we needed to cook a few meals there to help save on our budget. I appreciated having the washer and dryer available for our use during our stay. There were a lot of decorations I had to put in cabinets or higher shelves to keep safe from my toddler lol but I appreciated the cute aesthetic. Chelsea with the property management company was super responsive and helpful for our check in and any questions I had throughout. Will definitely use 30a five star properties when we come back next year.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean and cozy, and decorated so cute! We were right on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and even more within a 5 minute drive. Chelsea is SUPER responsive and helpful which I really appreciate! We look forward to staying here again!

My wife and I loved this property. The beach felt super private and the chair service was excellent. You’re far enough to get away from the hustle and crowds of seaside but close enough to bike over and enjoy food and entertainment nearby. Chelsea also was very quick to respond and resolve any issue we had. I feel like if there were more than 2 adults staying here though it could feel a little tight — but we spent most of our time by the beautiful beach anyway! The only things to say I believe need improvement is the cleaning could’ve been a little better prior to us arriving and we were only given one roll of toilet paper for a 3 night stay. Small things though — I would definitely stay here again
