Nestled in the Wagner Creek Valley above Talent, this delightful house offers 4 cozy bedrooms - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 room with 2 twin beds. With 2 full baths. The living room provides extra sleeping space with a day bed/trundle bed (2 twin beds). The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, induction stove, outdoor gas BBQ. There is a small office in case someone has to have a quiet place to check in to work. A/C, WiFi, Smart TV, Sonos sound system in living room and kitchen. The house has a stair free entrance. Two outdoor patios from where you can enjoy 360 degree views of the mountains and vineyards of the Wagner Creek Valley. We have a level 2 EV charger for EV vehicles. We are 12 minutes from the Ashland Plaza, Lithia Park and the OSF, 5 minutes to downtown Talent, close to many Rogue Valley Wineries and bike trails.Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. We live next door so will be close if you have any questions.

This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Ashland. The host is always responsive and kind. The home is roomy and comfortable, it feels like visiting my family home. The kitchen is stocked and perfect for cooking meals. The property is beautiful and so close to Ashland and Medford.

The perfect getaway

This spacious house has plenty of seating inside and outside on the deck. The house is set on beautiful propety with room for the dog to run. Comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen make staying here with a family ideal. We felt like we were tucked away in a canyon, but we were only 15 minutes from Downtown Ashland. We will stay here again.

From the first entrance into this beautiful home to the last exit, all in all this home is fabulous. Everything was clean. The host was always accessible. The kitchen filled with every item and more than we needed. I traveled with two other women, we each had a spacious bedroom nice bathrooms, wonderful yard to sit in in the evening. When I return to Ashland, I will definitely hope The Bird House in Talent, Oregon will be available.

Inviting home and property

Beautifully laid out home with the need accessories for a wonderful stay. House had needed furnishings for cooking and entertaining, plenty of space to spread out for privacy within the home and on the property. Will return for future stay. Our family of 10 had a wonder stay at house and enjoyed nearby attractions and events. I would recommend this house to others.

Lovely place, well-appointed, with plenty of room for our group of 8 plus dogs. About 10-15 minutes from Ashland was perfect for us. If you have animals with you, be aware that there are some spots in the fence that are not secure for smaller dogs. We kept an eye on them though and all was well. :-)
