We are moments away from numerous Golf Courses and world class beaches, Boca Grande is 8 miles and famous Englewood beach is 13 miles away. Both have great beaches and great restaurants. Shopping is also moments away; we have a Publix and Home Depot within 4 miles and the Heart of Port Charlotte is 10 miles and has everything you will ever need. Whether you are looking for a relaxing quiet getaway or lots of fun filled adventure you will find it here.

Welcome to our vacation retreat Southern Haven. We are located in South Gulf Cove of Port Charlotte which is a very peaceful community away from all the hustle and bustle of the big cities.

We are moments away from numerous Golf Courses and world class beaches, Boca Grande is 8 miles away and famous Englewood beach is 13 miles away. Both have great beaches and great restaurants. Shopping is also moments away; we have a Publix and Home Depot within 4 miles and the Heart of Port Charlotte is 10 miles and has everything you will ever need. Whether you are looking for a relaxing quiet getaway or lots of fun filled adventure you will find it here. Our home has an open floor plan, The living room is perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach with a Big Screen TV, Sofas and Recliners. The Kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances with ample countertop space, a large Dining room table and a separate Coffee Bar area. We have 3 bedrooms; the Master Bedroom has a King Bed a Big screen TV and its own Master bathroom. Two bedrooms have queen beds each with TV’s and a shared bathroom which has access out to the Lanai and pool. The screened lanai is complete with a pool, lounge area with a TV, a grill and a place for outside dining.

We had such a great stay at Southern Haven. The house was clean, comfortable, and felt like a really good place to come back to after long days out. The pool and outdoor area were definitely a favorite for us, and the location made it easy to get to beaches, food, and fun without everything feeling crowded or hectic. It was peaceful, family friendly, and gave us the space to relax and make some really sweet vacation memories together. We truly enjoyed our time here.
