Guests staying in Beach Villa 13 enjoy a landscaped courtyard pool view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers dip into the freshwater pool. Toddlers enjoy their separate wading pool. Beach Villas are three-story townhouses located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Beach Villas are within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also within walking distance is the new Lowcountry Celebration Park which has become quite popular with both tourists and locals. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill on first floor patio. Beach Villa 13 is a gated community, and has easy access to the villa with ground floor entrance and carport. It has updated kitchen and baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space. Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that make for the perfect relaxing vacation. King in the master bedroom, queen in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, and a living room sleep sofa. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great place and location. Nice kitchen for cooking meals, no pot holders available and only 1 kitchen towel for the week. Need to replace some pillows , were stained and smelly, and replace very old and thin towels etc. One bathroom sink was draining extremely slow , and we had slow and interrupted WiFi. The place could use a deep thorough cleaning.

disappointing

the pictures are deceiving, the balcony and terrace level need a good clean, the sofa is outdated and just not clean, the cook wear are so old and scratched that I was afraid to use it, the floor is just horribly squeaking, toilets are not working properly and the water in the master bedroom in the tub is not draining properly. we will never rent this property again and will not recommend to our friends. very disappointed.

Close to everything

Very nice cobdo for my wife, 2 kids and each brought a friend. Enough room for all 6. Clean pool and very close to the beach. Perfect. I would recommend highly!!
