Very clean and amazing condo

Our family had a wonderful vacation staying here. This rental is very clean and updated. It is a very easy walk to the beach right across the street. Next time we are in HHI, we will definitely stay here again if available. I would highly recommend this rental.

Who doesn’t love Hilton Head?!

We absolutely love the island. Have traveled there a few times and each time it gets better (now that we know our way around)! The location was PERFECT! we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. We did feel that both bathrooms (tub/shower area) and the refrigerator could use some updating. We would absolutely stay here again ❣️

Great stay at surf court 62!

The condo was perfect for our family. The only “complaint” is the mattress in the master is hard as a rock! It was like sleeping on a wood board :(.

The location can't be beaten with beach access directly across the street and Coligney an easy walk away. As a "mature" couple, we appreciated the fact that there were no stairs.

Great location looked as advertised unfortunately, found some bugs

Had a great trip. Overall, the property had a great location to coligny beach and shops. The appliances were updated and the unit was clean. However, we found multiple centipedes in the kitchen area as well as on the primary bedroom curtains. These were a nuisance but we also encountered a large (about 3 inches) cockroach by the washer and dryer. While this was unexpected because the unit seemed well maintained we overall enjoyed this unit and will attribute the bugs to the time of year. Hopefully next time we will not meet the bugs again.

The location of this property was convenient to both the Beach and Ocean along with shopping and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. It was fairly clean. We noticed behind the beds was a little dirty but most everything else was clean. The master bedroom mattress was a little hard for our liking but that is purely personal preference. The check-in process was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend this property/location. We fell in love with Hilton Head and will definitely return.

My only recommendation for improvement would be to provide parking passes for registered guests. On the first day of our stay, we were approached by three separate owners at surf court who asks us why we were parking there and one even told us they were going to be towing people who parked there. Each time I explained that I was a registered guest, but it was a bit annoying. One of them explained that they were having problems with people using their parking lot, which I can understand, but parking passes for registered guests would eliminate this being an issue.

The condo is well equipped, clean, comfortable and so close to the beach and Hilton Head’s best vacation offerings. We will not hesitate to rent there again. The only thing missing for us was a Keurig coffee maker which we thought we saw in photos. Such a great place to call “home” while on vacation!
