Please place all garbage/recycling in bear-proof garbage bins located outside. If bins are full please bag trash that will not fit and leave on tile floor in kitchen.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Parking: Park in driveway only. (No street parking) Trailer: park in driveway if they fit or use overflow parking.
Garage: No guest access to garage. Any violators will be charged a $1000 fee.

This is the perfect place to stay when wanting to visit Yellowstone! The house is spacious, the bedrooms were perfect, and every morning we were able to view the beautiful backyard. We had a few questions for the owners while we were there and they responded immediately.

Good layout! Kids loved the basement, adults stayed upstairs. Easy 30 minute drive to west Yellowstone and Yellowstone national park! Owners were easy to contact!!

Home is in a great location for access to Yellowstone through West Yellowstone. 20 minute drive to west Yellowstone. Traffic seemed worse in mornings be fore noon. Home has lots of sleeping accommodations. Gabi is very helpful and thought full.

Worked great for us. I'd definitely recommend it. Very minor details like the cabinets could use a paint job, lighting in the living room could be better, fooseball table could be replaced but over all, quite happy. Very comfortable, I was very happy with how clean it was and liked how everything was labeled and very well stocked on supplies. Everyone commented on how nice the towels were. We had plenty of space and even got to spend a tiny bit of quiet time on the deck. Neighborhood was low key and the few people we saw when we walked around were friendly. Saw a Moose and 2 babies crossing the road just a few houses down! Super easy check in and check out. We did spend the majority of our time in Yellowstone/Teton and although it was alot of driving, it was nice to have a real house to come home to and cook family dinner. Even if it was at midnight most days LOL!
