Old Orchard Beach House Condo with Ocean View

Summer is coming!

You can sit on the porch and see, listen and smell the ocean while your enjoying your coffee in the morning. This is our two bedroom beach condo with pull out sofa. The front room has a queen size bed and the back room with two new twin beds. It’s great for a family! We enjoy the nautical theme that our house is decorated with. It is 70 steps from the ocean and a short 7 streets to the Old Orchard Beach Pier. It will sleep six comfortably. We supply all fresh linens and towels. Their is a garage under and it can be used to park one car and a space in front for another car. We have chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for our guests to use. There is a gas grill to use in the community grilling area. The coin operated laundry room is located on the 1st floor and the detergent is supplied.

We live on a dead end street with access to the beach. We are the 3rd house back from the ocean. It's far enough away from the crowds to enjoy the sand and water and close enough to walk to downtown and all the attractions that Old Orchard Beach has to offer.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Old Orchard Beach

We had a great time staying at this beach condo steps from Old Orchard Beach and within walking distance of the Pier and all the downtown attractions. Nice ocean breeze and views of the beach and sounds of the waves. Communications with owners were always prompt and unit has everything you need for a great beach vacation including beautiful deck overlooking the water!

Annual OOB trip

We love this place and hope to come back next year. It's our 2nd year renting this place. The location cannot be beat. The deck is perfect for morning coffee or family dinner. Steps from the beach. The neighbors are also super nice. Owner is super helpful with the check-in. All was perfect again.

We have stayed here in the past. Perfect location just steps to beach and a short walk to center of town. Condo had everything we needed. Love that shower is separate from bathroom.

Perfect spot

The condo is clean and perfectly equipped, this is our second year staying here. It’s great for 5 of us. Ocean views from the porch and the sea air coming through the windows. The garage is a great addition to our stay. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Perfect beach condo!!

I've been visiting Old Orchard Beach for over 25 years and this property was one of my favorites to stay in! It's the perfect size for a family of 4 or 5. You're only a minute walk from the beach and about a 5-7 minute walk to the pier. I highly recommend renting this condo!

The property was perfect for us, very clean, good size and a great location both for the beach and the boardwalk. Loved it and it's definitely a place I would return to. Great Location!

We spent a week at Dan & Tammy’s condo. It was clean, comfortable and the location was great. Close enough to the beach to be able to go back and forth in minutes and the pier was just a short walk down the beach. You have to go up 2 flights of stairs but once you get up there you are rewarded with the view! There is a large covered porch where we ate all of our meals and enjoyed coffee every morning. We would definitely stay here again.
