Top-floor penthouse unit in historic 19th century brick building with modern amenities, exposed beams and brick, whitewashed wood walls. Rooftop deck with 360 degree views of harbor and city. Parking for one car is provided for the lot next door.

Separate master suites, each with custom showers, hand wands, and one with soaking tub. Very desirable exposed brick and vaulted ceilings with skylights in each suite. Black out curtains and skylight shades in each bedroom.

Gas-fired Jotul stove and floor-to-ceiling windows in living room.

Washer/dryer in unit. Individual heating and air conditioning. Easy elevator access to unit on 5th floor.

Very safe and secure. Two security cameras in common hallway by elevator and one security camera at back common exit stairwell. Parking pass for one car included for the lot next door. Leave your car and walk everywhere.

Located on Portland's working waterfront, overlooking the very popular Dimillo's Marina. Watch the yachts come and go and stop at the famous Dimillo's floating restaurant for dinner or a drink.

this place is absolutely incredible. We stayed all over the East Coast and this keep in min penthouse was the best by far. Rooftop private balcony, Suite balcony over looking the Ships and waterways. Starbucks and restaurants on both sides of the building. Great Parking, Elevator access, safe and secure and incredible space and views. Thank you!!!

Two Master suites in Portland.

Hello! We truly loved our experience at the Cornelia waterfront two master suite penthouse! It was such a beautiful penthouse with the best views in Portland!!!! I highly recommend this space to anyone looking to visit Portland. Just beautiful and the beds were absolutely the most comfortable of our entire eight day trip. So close to everything. We ate at some of the most wonderful restaurants, including Scales, Twelve, and others. Thank you to the owners for creating such a wonderful space!!!!!

Cornelia is really a cool place. Everything is as good as it looks in the photos. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding was luxurious. We had so much fun watching the comings and goings in the port from the floor to ceiling windows.

Stunning views & walkable

From the moment we arrived, the view was breathtaking and we felt at home. The shops and restaurants are a moment's walk away, but we still had the amenities to cook, make coffee, and enjoy a bottle of wine. Fantastic getaway

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at Scott’s property for a second time in just over a year. It was impeccably clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were just as comfortable as we remembered. The location simply can’t be beat and we had a wonderful time enjoying all that Portland has to offer. We hope to be back soon!

Perfection

We stayed here for five nights before and after our daughter’s wedding. The location was perfect we walked to restaurants, had a parking space for all the errands, and basked in the view of the harbor when we were relaxing. Will go to Portland again soon and try to stay here!

Seascape getaway!

Portland waterfront is a beautiful and vibrant experience! It provides wonderful and historic experiences. The location of our condo gave us the opportunity to find local restaurants, shops and land/sea travel! We truly enjoyed the view from our deck and the very comfortable accommodation! Beautiful apartment and excellent location

The apartment was lovely and clean with awesome views. Appliances were top of the line. There is some noise in the living room when the elevator runs but you can't hear it in the bedrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Penthouse on the Port

The 4 of us stayed at this lovely penthouse facing the harbor & throughly enjoyed our stay for the week. The place was close to the highway so we could go up and down the coast to visit the various sites. There was shopping and restaurants all within walking distance of the penthouse.

This apartment is the best of all worlds

Stayed in the Cornelia apartment with my family for a return rental, and cannot say enough positive things about it. All aspects of the rental are 5 stars: the space itself is amazing and features so many luxuries; the location is absolutely the best in Portland; the experience booking and communicating with Scott and Karen is easy and extremely helpful/informative. We look forward to returning again!

Gorgeous penthouse with great views

We stayed over the July 4th holiday. It’s only about 15 minutes from the Portland airport. The unit is amazing. Super clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms with baths were spacious. Remember to close the overhead skylights unless you want to be awakened at 4:30 by the sunrise! The living space was comfortable with two walls of windows overlooking the harbor. The balcony was a great spot for morning coffee. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop terrace. Waking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. The included parking was a big plus as it was a busy holiday weekend and street parking was at a premium. The baby seagulls nested on the rooftop were a plus! It was a fabulous spot to begin our Maine adventures.

Wedding Anniversary

Our plan was to spend two evenings having great meals in Portland to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary. This place was a bonus. It is incredibly comfortable with the best views in Portland. The highlight of the trip was slowly sharing a bottle of Champagne on the deck with an old friend. It was a perfect evening. Our stay here was a unique experience we will always remember.
