Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with either infants or 3+ year old kids) and groups up to 6 adults. The resort style community is an oasis located within minutes to shops and restaurants of the Paradise Village Mall, as well as multiple golf courses and hiking trails. The apartment is fully furnished and set up for everything you may need for either a weekend-long get-away or a 2-3 month long stay. Should you have any specific needs or requests, we are sure we can accommodate you. Just reach out and ask!

SPACE
The apartment is cozy and tastefully furnished. It is located in the gated community in central/north Phoenix near virtually everything of interest. The kitchen is fully equipped for coffee and tea lovers with an espresso machine, milk frother, French press or Bialetti mocha. It has a toaster oven and a blender. There is even a Reverse Osmosis water filter to ensure pure water quality. The living room has a comfortable pull-out couch with a queen size, memory foam mattress to help accommodate up to a total of 6 adults (provisions can be made for a Pack-and-Play for kids, a high-chair or a booster seat). Cable TV, Netflix and WiFi is there for the guests to use as well as a land line telephone for free local and international calls.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests can use the pool (heated during the winter months!) and the hot tub, as well as, the gas grill. The apartment's private patio is a perfect spot to relax with a book and a cup of coffee. The main gate as well as the apartment's front door have an entry code which will be provided to the confirmed guests. This way, it makes it easier not to have to coordinate to hand you the keys, if you plan on a late arrival time.

GUEST INTERACTION
We are available to either meet with you to go over what's what and where or leave you be, since the access to the community, as well as the apartment is via a keypad. All the codes will be provided upon your confirmed booking and prior to your arrival. We are happy to communicate about your stay either via email, text, or phone.

NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
The apartment is perfectly located just steps away from the Paradise Village Mall and other shopping plazas and numerous restaurants. It's even close to a bus station for those who would prefer to brave the public transportation. There are various golf courses and hiking trails anywhere between 5 and 15 minutes drive. It's only a 20-25 min drive to the PHX Sky Harbor airport (about a 25$ Uber ride). It's close to the Spring Training stadiums, Talking Stick Casino and the Old Town Scottsdale. Even the Mayo Clinic and other Medical Centers are near by, for those who need to be here for medical reasons. Everything seems to be about 15 minutes away.
