This place was absolutely incredible! Let alone being in a beautiful neighborhood, it felt secluded with all the trees in front & back surrounding the upper deck. All of the nooks and crannies were so fun and creatively designed. It has plenty of room and we loved the upstairs which felt like an entirely separate living space. We will definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Perfect!

This wonderful home is in a perfect location. A very short walk to shopping, restaurants and SMU. Easy street parking. Beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend.

Comfortable, pristinely clean, and unique property in a very safe neighborhood that is so convenient for shopping,SMU visitors and many Dallas fun spots and restaurants. Michael and his beautiful wife---very friendly!--- were attentive, left goodies and drinks in fridge and were quick to respond when needed. We also appreciated the toys for the grandkids....a huge hit! The grandkids enjoyed looking out the big windows and watching neighborhood walkers with their pets and the birds building nests....quite a treehouse view! Property is second and third floors so extra exercising during your visit is not necessary! Thanks so much for allowing us to stay!

So Charming!

What a beautiful home! Close to everything in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Dallas. Our family loved staying here during our visit for an SMU summer camp. My 4 year old keeps asking when we can go back to the “treehouse”. But this is no ordinary treehouse. It’s got all the modern conveniences and it’s absolutely adorable! The coziness was next level. It was honestly hard to leave. We live in an older home so this was just our style. I love when rentals have decor and rugs. It makes it feel so homey. You can tell a lot of love and thought was put into this place. It was also impeccably clean. We can’t wait to return!

We have stayed at VRBO's in Europe and across the United States and this home ranks at the very top. The home is beautifully decorated, has perks not found at other homes, was immaculately clean and well provisioned. The central location with adequate parking is near great restaurants and shopping but is in a beautiful neighborhood with gorgeous homes, and a family atmosphere. The massage chair was over the top. Big TV's provided both live and streamed stations, giant windows made the upstairs seem like a treehouse, and comfortable seating in several areas made lounging a dream. We will definitely stay at this home again.
