Recently built & spacious: river views from every room. Hosts live at B&B across street, as seen on VidaViewResort website. Use of B&B pool, sauna, hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, jetted tub, firepit, Traeger grill; lush landscaping; blackout curtains; tall fences; electric driveway gate; security cameras; secluded feel with no other houses in sight; pet friendly. Only private & secure riverfront property with exclusive 725' of river access. Fish or launch your boat from our beach!

Consider the following when choosing a riverfront home:
1. Do you have exclusive use of 1 acre of land, with 750’ of river frontage & easy river access?
2. Does it feel remote with no houses within normal sight lines or across the river, but only protected forest?
3. Is it secure with a fully fenced yard, electric driveway gate, & security cameras?
4. Are you provided paddleboards, oars, life jackets, and fishing gear? The Finn Rock put-in is an easy 1.5 miles up river, so you can take-out at the property on our gravel bank beach.
5. Are the owners committed to your great experience? We live across the street, so we are immediately available if any issues come up or if you have forgotten something.

We stayed Friday thru Sunday. The home and view are both beautiful. Tom and Angie were very welcoming and easy to communicate with. I definitely look forward to a return visit. The picture I attached does not do the property view justice. I will take better pictures next time. There is a great river view from every room of the house. Amazing house and hospitality

We had an awesome time at this house and property. We came out with a track team to Eugene but stayed at this property. It was even better then the pictures or video. The house was upgraded, state of the art appicances, but the view and outdoors was such a bonus. Our host has paddle boards, fishing poles, and easy access to get into the river and explore. There was a hot tub with a tremendous fire pit with plenty of wood, seating, and an outdoor patio table. We grilled on the wood pellet grill provided. Our host Tom was in constanct contact with us and very gracious. There are enough positive words for me to enjoy our experience here.
