Wildwood Lodge is a beautifully rustic vacation home; nestled in a peaceful wooded area. You will feel like you are in a luxurious tree house.
Note: quotes based on standard rates, please inquire for holiday rates and special event rates ie. PSU Football, College graduation, Homecoming, Dirtfest etc. 3 night minimum required for holidays and some special events.
CLOSED DURING WINTER MONTHS..... available last minute when no forecast for snow.
Cleaning Fee: $145.
Linen Fee: $70.. fee should guests elect to have sheets provided for the 10 beds. Guests may also bring their own sheets. Blankets, pillows, comforters are provided.
Bath towels are NOT provided.
Children 5 and under no charge.
Discounts may be available for last minute rentals.
Check in and out times may be extended based on occupancy.
Wildwood Lodge owners, Pam & Bob Wild, have been in the vacation home rental business since 2005. Wildwood Lodge is rustically beautiful and immaculately clean.
The Lodge is nestled in a 3 acre wooded lot, offering a peaceful retreat yet 5 minutes from Raystown Lake and Allegrippis Trails which is ranked among the top 5 trial systems in the nation for mountain biking. It's also awesome for hiking. We're only 10 minutes from downtown Huntingdon for dining & shopping. and....there's nothing better than sitting around a fire pit, gazing at the stars and creating memories with family and friends.
This house sits up on a hill which creates a beautiful tree house affect when enjoying the deck. It offers it's own eclectic charm, furnished with Amish made hickory tables, chairs, rockers, pine log & hickory beds, as well as lovely leather furniture. The kitchen has maple cabinets and granite counter tops. A beautiful knotty pine cathedral ceiling covers the entire great room. The walls are adorned with rustic artwork and artifacts of days gone by.....sure to spark interest and conversation ! The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook including large stock pot, crock pot, blender & much more. .
Wildwood Lodge features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, a great room with a dining area that includes hickory table, rec. room with rustic bar, large deck, patio off the rec room and cozy firepit area.
The Lodge provides all the creature comforts you could hope for, including expanded cable TV, free internet, gas grill, extra full size fridge in garage, movies and much more. For those families with small children don't take up space in your vehicles for a pack and play, baby gates and 2 highchairs, they are provided. We also provide a plastic kiddie pool.
The house can sleep 13. Guests may bring their own sheets or they can be provided for an additional fee. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided.
Wildwood Lodge will enable you to sit back, relax and enjoy the sounds of nature, moonlit evenings by the fire pit or fill your Summer days with fishing, boating, hiking and water activities on Raystown Lake, the Crown Jewel of Central Pa. Fall and Winter offers opportunities for hunting, downhill skiing, cross country skiing, and trips to 'Happy Valley' to enjoy Penn State Nittany Lion football.

Owners Pam and Bob Wild live in State College, Pa. but call the Raystown Lake area their home away from home.
The lake as been apart of Pam's life for 54 years. Her husband Bob is quite the boating enthusiast and fell in love with the lake as well. It is a wonderful place to create great memories with friends and family.
The Wilds make a great team in that they work together to make sure the house is well maintained and in top working order.
Pam was in the Hotel/Restaurant industry for 25 years prior to starting a vacation home rental business. She knows what it takes to make her guests happy. You will appreciate her friendly and PROMPT replies to all rental inquiries and questions.
