Amazing outdoor space/decks front and back, gas grill and griddle, campfire wood provided. (No Pets, No Exceptions!) Parking Area Security Cam - Additional per night fee over six (6). (This provides a lower rate for smaller groups. Please be upfront about the number of guests as it is automatically built into the rate offer)
**June - 5 night minimum, July and August - 7 night minimum. Saturday check-in Check-Out. ** Base Rate is for 6, additional per night fee for over 6 guests.

It was great as always! We added some additional pot holders and serving spoons to your kitchen collection. We do a lot of cooking while we are there and those were things we needed some additional of . Can’t wait to come in the spring. Making a reservation soon!

Great getaway close to trails

The house was perfect for a weekend mountain biking trip. Our group of 5 had plenty of room and the house included many amenities like a coffee bar, electric fireplace, and great deck with grill and griddle. Dave was very attentive and just a text away. I’d absolutely recommend this house to anyone.

Great place to stay

My third time staying here for an annual mountain bike trip to the Allegrippis Trails. Please do not rent this house for the next dates that I take my crew there. But for any other dates, this is a very comfortable place to stay and extremely close to the mountain bike trail heads. Clean, well-stocked kitchen, very cool outdoor decks/hang-out spaces, etc.

Perfect for our group

The property was very nice and the house was just perfect for our group of 3 couples. Everyone had their own bathroom which was perfect. My omly regret is not staying longer. The house was very well appointed and hadeverything you need.

Weekend getaway.

Spent some time with some old college friends. Once a year we gather to leave the world behind and just enjoy peace. This property and the owner has been wonderful for providing such.

Coming back

The place is so spacious and peaceful, enjoyed watching the deer, chipmunks and squirrels. Location is only a short drive from the lake. Really enjoy having quality time with my adult children and grandchildren.

This property was perfect for our small multi-generational family. We were able to spread out and stay comfortably. Dave was great and extremely accommodating. Our only regret was that we had to leave. We will definitely be back.

Great home base for mountain biking

Our local bike club visits the Allegrippis Trails annually. Some of us camp at the Seven Points campground while others of us are smart enough to stay in this great house with a kitchen, washer & dryer for our stinky, dirty bike clothes, TV to watch football, and other comforts.

Family Reunion

We were very comfortable, there was room for all of us, two families with adult children. Two levels allowed seperation when needed. The kitchen was very well equipped for all our needs. We enjoyed both front and back porches and the campfire with firewood provided for smores. If in the area again we would definitely stay here again. Host was great to communicate with and access was a breeze. We found no need to turn on the TV.

Perfect Getaway Rental

Picked this property due to the location being close to the lake and the high reviews. The reviews are accurate as this place was great!! It had everything we needed and more. Fully stocked. There is a 36” flat top and a grill with plenty of propane. The back deck is a great place to sit. There was camp fire wood provided with plenty of chairs provided. Three full bathrooms and two living rooms. It was hot! while we were there and the AC worked wonderful. The house is at a dead end private road and we did not hear any of the neighbors. We would defiantly rent again!! The owner/host has great communication.

Beautiful property

Great time! The view off the back porch is beautiful. Would be really nice in the summer. There are neighbors but not right on top off you. Fairly private, especially if you are on the back porch. Pretty close to bike riding/hiking trails. Would not want to get there in the winter without a 4 wheel drive vehicle, otherwise no problem. The road and driveway are in good shape, they are just fairly steep. The homeowner was clear with instructions and easy to reach via text. Everyone I was with was happy with the property and the experience.

Perfect Weekend for Mom's 60th Birthday

A fantastic place to spend a weekend celebrating my mother's birthday with my immediate family. There was plenty of room for three couples, a single, and a baby to spread out and then some. The two living spaces were phenomenal - both perfect for plopping and relaxing with family. My husband and I used the basement living room and one of the bedrooms to take care of our 5 mo old overnight w/o worry of waking anyone up. Also loved that we had multiple heat source options to keep the basement warm. Mom LOVED the master bed and bath. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and serving dishes along with basically everything else you'd need to make meals. Fridge space was great as we made our meals ahead of time and easily stored 3 days worth of food in it. We didn't get to use the awesome back deck due to it being winter, but it seems like a really great entertaining space. We comfortably had 5 cars parked in the driveway. Dave made the whole process of check in and check out very easy and was more than accomodating to answer any questions I had during our stay. This was a great winter weekend getaway and would be even better for a summertime vacation too. You can tell that the owner has put a lot of care into the property. It would be difficult to not enjoy your stay at a place like this!

The house is in a beautiful area at the lake. David was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The house is well stocked and comes with anything you might need during your stay. My family and friends enjoyed the home, and we would stay there again. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to stay in the Raystown Lake area.

We arrived early so we met the owners as they were leaving. Easy check in. A peaceful, comfortable home in the woods, close to Seven Points marina.Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen and great deck with grill and griddle. We ate outside all week.

This house is in a wonderful location, it's only a 5 minute drive to the lake. The location is peaceful and without interruption. The host was accommodating, kind, and helpful to anything you may need if you are new to the area, he's very knowledgeable. The house is so well stocked and beautifully put together and it comes with anything you may need during your stay. This is a 10/10 stay, and I would recommend this location and the host to anyone and everyone.

Home Away from Home

This is our third time staying at this home. Our family loves staying here. The house is immaculate and well-stocked in the kitchen,and the beds are comfortable. The owner communicates and is very helpful and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and surrounded by nature. We will be returning in the future.
