THIS PROPERTY ONLY RENTS ON A SATURDAY TO SATURDAY SCHEDULE - 7 NIGHT MINIMUM REQUIRED

**New to the rental market for 2025-  Occupancy, 9 in the main house and 2 in the attached apartment (by the back deck area)

**Pricing from 6/14/25-8/23/25 includes the guest apartment. If you are outside of those dates and would like the apt then there is a $1,000/week plus taxes and fees add on to your rental costs. Also, to note garage apt is only available from May 15th until end of Oct as it isn't insulated.

Mountain House Retreat is a beautifully restored 125 year old home that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern comforts. Ideally located across from the Mt. Battie Trail or just a short walk into the Town of Camden makes this a great place for your vacation.

You will enter the mudroom/sunporch where you can sit and enjoy people watching with your morning coffee. Just through the entry you will find a fully equipped kitchen with serving island. A half bath it located off the kitchen for everyone's convenience. The dining room french doors allows you to assess to the new 500 sq ft deck that connects to the guest apartment for ease. The living room with large Smart TV is off the dining area, as well as, a queen bedroom. 

A hallway will lead you up the stairs to four more bedrooms. To the left is a primary king with an en suite bathroom with shower. In the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer and trundle bedroom with twin that pulls out from under it. Across the hall is a large king bedroom and at the end of the hall is a queen bedroom. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower for these bedrooms to share.

Garage Apt can be accessed from its own parking area around back or from the dining room/deck area. There is a small kitchenette with fridge, coffee, and microwave. A small living room and dining table, queen bedroom and full bath with shower.

Mountain Street Retreat is just a few blocks from Camden Harbor with its shopping, restaurants, schooners, and harbor park to explore. Camden Hills State park and Mt. Battie are close by, as well as, public park access on Megunticook Lake.
