With its 300 feet of shore frontage, dock, beautiful gardens, rock lined streams & lawn area for play, you will delight both inside & out. There is easy access for kayaks from the shore with lots to explore on the pond. & the water is great for swimming. Minimum stay for Off-Season rentals is flexible.
The open floor plan is filled with light from the full wall of windows looking out over the water. The kitchen could be described as a One-Butt-Kitchen, but is packed with cooking essentials and stainless appliances: gas stove, dishwasher, french door refrigerator and microwave,; beautiful granite counter tops, spices, condiments, baking needs, stainless cookware, coffee maker and loads of gadgets. The dining room/living room are designed with comfort in mind and filled with handcrafted furniture, artwork and unique artisan crafted items. The view of the lake, just 30 feet away is amazing.

Great house in a perfect location and well maintained. Not only was the house on a beautiful lake, it was in a great location to do more exploring of Maine. Kim was very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again when we go back to Maine.

Serendipity camp
Cute camp in a beautiful location with pretty landscaping and a nice dock. The house could have been cleaner and less cluttered, but despite this, we had a wonderful time.

Thank you for thinking my “camp” is cute. Actually, it was a camp and was rebuilt into a bonafide home with heat, indoor plumbing and granite countertops. My home is as pictured on the VRBO website. It is not cluttered, It is however, not the typical sterile rental property because this is my home. Most everybody comments on how beautifully decorated and comfortable it is, and that there are many unique pieces of art to enjoy.
A beautifully comfortable, well decorated home situated right on a lovely small lake close to hiking and the shore. It also has amazing sunsets. All of what I love.
The host was accessible and very helpful and generous. We will be back!

Thank you Claudia, it was a pleasure having you stay in my home. I hope you will come stay again!
Our time at Serendipity was about as ideal as it gets. A lovely Cottage equipped with everything we needed, including comfortable beds, plenty of towels and blankets and a thoroughly well-equipped kitchen. Kim was readily available and friendly and the location felt like it was far away from everything there on the pond with its lovely sunsets and starlit sky but it was only a short ride to grocery stores and other things to do.

Lee, Sam and their guests were delightful! They left my home immaculate and I hope they’ll return. So many of my guests I count as friends and they are among them! Thank you for choosing to spend your vacation time here!
The house has an amazing view and very convenient locationWe loved it there was plenty of room for the 4 adults. the kitchen is well stocked but small However it worked well for us
Kim was very responsive and helpful We loved our stay
The waterfront property was beautiful and well manicured. Sunsets on the pond were spectacular.
The galley kitchen was tighter than anticipated but functional.
Bring your own bar soap and shampoo for the bathrooms.
Kim was very easy to work with!
Lovely setting and location. We were able to relax and unwind and yet get out and explore easily.

John and his wife were lovely guests in my home. Very pleasant to talk with and they left the house in beautiful shape. I hope they will choose to return again!
Can’t say enough about how much we loved this cottage. It was wonderful and in an ideal location— very quiet, right on the water, close drive to Camden. Owner Kim has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Thank you so much, Kim!
Cozy house right on a beautiful pond, short easy drive to the ocean, and the hundreds of things to do up and down the coast.
Our family had a wonderful week, managed to put on a few pounds with all the great food options, despite lots of hiking, lol.
Owner Kim is a great host, you can't go wrong here.
House, landscaping and lake and dock beautiful! Lake perfect for cooling off. My golden retrievers couldn’t swim enough. Great location for exploring mid coast area and for just relaxing. I knew we would be relying on lake breeze to keep house cool since no ac ... but having temps in mid 90’s for a couple days was challenging; fans helped a bit. Once temps dropped, we were fine.

We did have a couple of hot days but as usual in Maine, it cooled off quickly and was delightful. There are fans in each room and the usual breeze off the lake helps keep it comfortable. There are insulated blinds in the living room and master bedroom which helps keep it cooler while the sun is hitting different sides of the house. It’s MAINE! Wait 10 minutes and the weather is likely to change!

Enchanted lake house on Lermond Pond
This lake house is truly an enchanted place. Kim has paid meticulously close attention to all of the details from the garden and outdoor provisions, through the extremely clean and beautifully decorated interior, and right down to the drinking water filtration system. Her kitchen was so well stocked that we were able to whip up the most amazing Maine blueberry pie we have ever had. We look forward to visiting again. Thanks very much Kim!

What a perfect place to enjoy Maine.
Kim's house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and welcoming. She is such a pleasant and accommodating host. We had everything we needed and were able to enjoy the lake and surroundings to the fullest. We will remember this week for a long time: the swimming, kayaks, sunsets, loons, warm lake water, birds and beautiful flower gardens. Highly recommended vacation spot.
