A wonderful house with something for us all. 4 adults, one who fishes and all who like to enjoy a huge screened porch for reading, dining and cards. Hiking and golf nearby, too. The pond was a bit too rough for kayaking, but they were there for our use. Well appointed kitchen, responsive owner and manager. Would definitely go back.
Beautiful home on a peaceful lake. Very comfortable accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. We stayed here during the winter and the fireplace was the perfect end to our chilly daytime adventures. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. There is a short section of dirt road that will jiggle your innards but going slow will get you through it. The bumps in the road lead to a beautiful home. We would definitely consider staying there again.
Loved everything about our stay.
So much room and we loved sitting around the fireplace putting together puzzles.
The sunsets were amazing as well.
Everything was just as promised and communication was impeccable.
Would have loved to stay longer
This home provided everything we needed in tasteful & serene comfort. Kayaks, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor chairs, furnished screened in porch porch; plenty of cookware, towels, games, & DVDs galore, plus 2 guitars! A lovely place to be.
Deborah‘s house is beautiful, secluded and spotless. The use of the paddle board, canoe and kayaks is a great perk! Would definitely recommend!

Peaceful Family Fun
This is on a wonderful and quiet little lake with waters warm enough to swim in and the best bass fishing around. We stayed with our two kids, ages 3 and 5, for two weeks and had the best time. We will definitely be back next year!
The cabin was even better than expected. Beautiful, private and very clean. Close enough to Belfast to get whatever we needed while enjoying the privacy and sunsets each night. Thanks again Deborah for a wonderful time. We will be back again!
Tilden Cottage is the ultimate in relaxation. The cottage itself is as beautiful as the pictures and the property is lovely. We enjoyed the firepit and gas fireplace and especially the fantastic screened porch! Wish we could have stayed longer!
The cottage was beautifully maintained, better stocked than any rental we've ever stayed in, and located in just a gorgeous spot. Deborah was responsive and helpful before, during and after. We highly recommend this property.

Best week in Maine ever!
The Cottage is pretty, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Deborah has thought of everything to make a stay at Tilden Pond a wonderful vacation. Three generations of our family had a wonderful week and did not want to leave. Thank you so much!
The lake, of course, is the reason for staying here. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks every day despite cool weather. Sitting on the screened in porch was another highlight. The kitchen is well-equipped; we did a lot of cooking. Overall, a lovely place.
We had a fantastic 2 weeks at Tilden Cottage. Everything is just as pictured-sunny, clean and fully equipped. We swam and used the boats and paddle board daily. Also had many fun trips into the nearby towns and Acadia. Can’t wait to return! Thanks so much Deborah!
We had a wonderful time at Tilden Cottage. The setting is truly spectacular - incredibly private and serene, and just a 15-20 minute drive to the coast. When we weren't out exploring, we basically lived on the screened porch. The cottage is really well-equipped for families. Deborah was very responsive and made us feel welcomed. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!
This summer cottage on a lovely quiet Maine lake. I can't say enough how wonderful this home is - feels like a real home that just happens to be on water. The host is extremely responsive and the home has everything you need. Gobs of towels, gobs more of games, puzzles, and dvds. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Highly recommend this property for your vacation.
My wife and our two kids stayed at Deborah’s home between Christmas and New Years. The house was immaculate and cozy, with a well stocked kitchen and amenities like a large library of DVDs. It’s quiet and peaceful, located right on the pond, but easy to get to downtown Camden or Lincolnville, and about 90 minutes from Acadia. We’d definitely stay here again.
We so enjoyed our week at this cottage. The cottage is very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. We especially love the location and the screened-in porch. The water was warm this year and the loons were quite active! Also, my husband was very happy the fishing was great! Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful time. My only complaint....it went too fast!
The cabin has been recently renovated and is very pretty. The view is spectacular to look at everyday. It is fairly remote as the town of Belfast and the grocery store is a 20-minute drive one-way. It’s very relaxing and peaceful and if you feel like venturing out there are some cute nearby towns to explore. Lots of good antiquing too! Family of 4 with young children loved it.
We've stayed at Deborah's beautiful home on Tilden Pond twice this year, and hope to return again in the future. It was the perfect respite we were looking for, and we can't recommend this place highly enough. Deborah is incredibly kind and eminently available, and her family home is even more beautiful than these photos suggest.
The home is gorgeous and cozy.
Apparently this issue will be fixed in the spring, but the getting there driving at 6 mph due to potholes the last half mile or so got old very fast.
We absolutely loved this property! So many fun activities both inside and out. Being close to the lake was a blast with all the lake toys! We also enjoyed playing the games and puzzles that were provided. Camden is a must, wonderful shopping and restaurants. We went into Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park a couple of times. This was my family's first time to Maine and we have added it to one of our very favorites! We hope to be back some day. Thank you Deborah for the best week!
It was a great home in a great location! There were six of us that stayed for a week and we had the best time. The home was completely clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. We spent most of the week on the screen porch or in the lake. The view was gorgeous. We felt completely secluded at the home but enjoyed the short ride into Belfast for shopping. We also spent one day in Bar Harbor which was nice. I hope we have the opportunity to visit this home again! The owner made sure we felt welcome and was available if we had any questions.
