Short-term rental license number STR-23-001 in Gravenhurst, Ontario.
As per the Town requirements 4% MAT tax is collected and within the posted rates on this booking portal. As well the town requires a signed Renters code of conduct. This will be e-mailed for guest signature prior to their stay.
The rates on this portal reflect fees that both the renter and rentee pay.

The property exposure is primarily south and south west, The waterfront is approximately 98 feet of natural shoreline, accessible via a short staircase and sloping path past Canadian Shield rock face. As you make your way down to a 50-foot shoreline dock and a 12x22-foot t-dock. Shallow swimming is available from the side dock, and clear, deep water swimming from the main dock.

The main dock is suitable for watercraft and water plane access. Light (canoe, kayak) and power watercraft are readily available in the area.
