Alles gut, schöne Unterkunft.Sauna und Pool sind wirklich top.Die Küche war SEHR gut eingerichtet!!Aktuellere Fotos im Inserat wären toll und auch die Anzahl der Fotos könnten mehr sein.Negativ: Es waren hunderte Fliegen in der Unterkunft, wir waren dauerbeschäftigt mit der Fliegenklatsche.

Mooi, groot huis op prachtige lokatie

Prima huis in rustig dorpje. Bij mooi weer heerlijk in 't zwembad, bij minder weer lekker wandelen. Salzburg is een leuke dagtrip, wandelen naar Gosausee en daar zwemmen is fantastisch. Huis is erg ruim en goed uitgerust.

Bergwelt pur

Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage am Rande eines Chalet- Dorfes ist nicht störend. Mitten in der Hitzewelle war der Pool vor allem für unsere Enkeltochter ein Highlight. Viele Ausflugsziele für alle Altersstufen liegen in nächster Nähe. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Wundervoller Ort für Familienurlaub

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren einfach Klasse! Man kann sich an der Aussicht kaum sattsehen und auch das Haus war super. Alle Räume, Betten und Badezimmer waren gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung mit Sauna und Pool bietet alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Als es Mal Probleme mit dem Pool gab, konnte ich Peter bescheid sagen und er hat sich direkt darum gekümmert. Ich kann das Haus von Peter nur empfehlen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Tolle Lage, super Haus für Familien

Wir waren für eine Woche mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) im Haus Lugthart.Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer groß genug und die Lage einfach phantastisch direkt an der Skipiste! Wir kommen wieder!

Perfekte Lage

Wir haben unseren Skiurlaub mit sechs Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Da das Haus über drei Stockwerke verfügt, war für alle genügend Platz vorhanden. Die Küche war top ausgestattet- genügend Geschirr und Besteck für alle Personen und alle erdenklichen Küchengeräte (Mikrowelle,Toaster, Fritteuse, Handrührgerät u.v.m.) waren vorhanden. Die direkte Lage an der Skipiste ist unschlagbar, man kann direkt an das Haus heranfahren. Für Skischuhe und Skier gibt es im Keller einen beheizten Skiraum. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über das sehr üppige Starterpaket u.a. mit Kaffee, Sekt und Knabberzeug. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Het huis was perfect in orde! Het ontbrak aan niks. Het zwembad was heerlijk verwarmd en schoon. Wij waren met 5 personen. Ons gezin met 2 tieners en oma. Dus ruimte genoeg! Omgeving en het uitzicht waren prachtig! Salzburg op een uurtje rijden is ook zeer de moeite waard. En paragliden is zeker een aanrader! Het was een heerlijk verblijf!

Austrian 🇦🇹 Chalet in the Salzkamergut.

We had a wonderful time in Steuer-Annaberg among the Austrian Alps in the Salzkamergut. The Chalet was beautiful! Upon arrival it was bright, cheerful, and pleasantly fresh among the mountain air. It seemed the layout was thoughtfully determined - with the entry level bringing one into the living room and kitchen/dinning room areas with a bathroom for that level. The kitchen/dinning room had a large table. There were 7 of us, but it could comfortably seat 10 around to eat, and play cards in the evening. Likewise the large deck off of the dinning room/kitchen had an equally large table - and was wonderful to sit on in the morning as the sun came up over the mountains. The stairway to the upper floor led to three bedrooms with an outside balcony wrapped around to all of them - as well as a bathroom for that level. A spectacular mountain view from all three rooms. The stairway to the bottom level led to two more bedrooms with doors in each opening directly to the swimming pool area. One of the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom, while another one was in the hallway for the other bedroom as well as use from the pool area. There is also a sauna on the lower level, which being in August - we did not use. There was a Gasthof a convenient 50-yard walk away for a nice traditional Austrian meal. And we luckily went on a Wednesday evening (our 31st anniversary) when we were also unexpectedly treated to a performance of a local club of Austrian dancers preforming traditional music & dance. It seems they do this for practice. There are two nearby towns. Each have a bakery and are convenient for groceries, etc. The host, Peter, was terrific! Extremely responsive & informative via VRBO email throughout the 6-months before arrival, as well as during our stay. This was definitely an A-Plus stay for us! Thank you Peter!

Perfekter Urlaub

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Alles sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Der Pool ist super! Die Umgebung traumhaft schön. Eine Fahrt mit der Donnerkogelbahn lohnt sich und die Sommerrodelbahn in Abtenau ist auch super. Danke!!!!

Mooie accomodatie

Eerste indruk: schitterend ! Het is een mooi huis, prachtig gelegen, goed onderhouden en ruime (voldoende) slaapkamers. Toch een kleine kanttekening. Wij waren er met 8 volwassenen en dan is het qua leefruimte toch beperkt. Zo konden wij niet met z'n allen in de leefruimte zitten wegens gebrek aan zetels. Ook op het terras stonden onvoldoende stoelen dus moesten we steeds overal stoelen gaan 'verzamzelen'. Ook bij het zwembad waren onvoldoende (lig)stoelen voorzien. Zoals gezegd, voor de rest prachtig huis, zeker zijn prijs waard. We hadden een erg leuke vakatie.

Geweldig compleet vakantiehuis met zwembad en sauna op een superlocatie

Haus Lugthart is een geweldig vakantiehuis met werkelijk alle gemakken. Het verwarmde zwembad in de tuin kwam met het mooie weer erg van pas. Vanuit het huis hebben we een aantal prachtige wandeltochten gemaakt door de bergen. Als gast van Haus Lugthart konden we gratis gebruik maken van de Donnerkogellift en het Waldbad in Lungötz. We hebben een supervakantie gehad.

sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausstattung in Top-Lage

hier gibt es genug Platz und viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten selbst für die Großfamilie, ganz besonders schön ist der Ausblick von den Panoramafenstern im Wohnzimmer auf die Berge. Der Pool ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Es ist alles da, vom Schraubenzieher bis zum Sonnenschirm. Vielen Dank Familie Lugthart.

Prachtig Chalet, voorzien van alle mogelijke luxe

Een goed onderhouden en prachtig gelegen chalet, naast de piste en van alle gemakken voorzien. Een echte aanrader voor grote gezinnen of twee families! Naast het ski-gebied van Annaberg is het maar een half uur tot een uurtje rijden naar andere ski-gebieden, zoals Flachau, Schladming, Wagrain en de Dachstein Gletcher.

Lovely house

We really enjoyed our stay in this house summer 2013. The house is very nice and very well equipped. Everything was clean and worked properly. The landlord is very kind and helpful. The view is fantastic and there is really a lot to do in this part of Austria. Thanks again for the welcome gift!! We can really recommend this house for a stay!

Huis heeft inderdaad een geweldig uitzicht over de bergen. In de zomer is het verwarmde prive zwembad fijn om na een daagje uit een duik te nemen, of gewoon de hele dag in een luie ligstoel aan de badrand te liggen. In de winter ligt het huis direct aan de piste, zo uit de tuin de piste op en via de lift langs het huis ook zo de tuin weer in.
