Rosa, host, was very accommodating and easy to communicate with since booking all the way until check out. The house is well maintained and was very clean upon check in. Rosa thought of every thing a guest could ask for or might need and made sure it is available in the house with extras. We never ran out of coffee and hot cocoa (for the kids). Beautiful backyard. The parking space is really important for us and this place has it. The location is prime. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping stores. There is a Winchell’s 200 yard walking distance when you get out of the house so if you want some coffee and donuts, it’s just right there. Highly recommended place to stay in if you want to be in the historic disctrict of Uptown Whittier.

Located in Uptown Whittier, its a charming community of historic homes, very quiet and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.

What makes this property unique

The home was built in 1901 by one of the founding members of Whittier. We remodeled the whole has with modern amenities but retained it's original charm.
