This premium condo at Phoenix East II has been totally updated. Granite and quartz counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, double sinks in master vanity area. Large flat screen TV's in every room 50” Samsung smart (2nd bdrm) 55” Samsung smart ( main bdrm), 55”Samsung Smart Tv in living room. Two king size beds and queen sofa sleeper.
Washer & dryer and Free WiFi.
This is a low density building so the elevator
wait is minimal. Indoor, outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, lighted tennis courts, BBQ grills, half court basketball, indoor racquetball. Guests are allowed to use amenities at Phoenix East and Phoenix East II. Beach umbrella and chairs are available for rental.
This unit is on the 11th floor and has one of the best views of the gulf and Perdido Pass.
Great for watching the boats and dolphins enter the gulf.

We really enjoyed our stay! The check in and out process was so easy. The condo was beautiful, exactly as described and in the pictures. The decor was very beachy and calming. Two large bedrooms. The walk to the beach was very short. The views were beautiful. We had great communication with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is great. The room was nice, but could have been cleaner. The shower curtain was molded in the master bath and had hair on the walls/doors. The beds were not comfortable at all. You can’t beat the view though! The pool area was always nice and clean. It’s just a short walk to the beach!

Room was excellent. Very clean and had all the basic amenities that you need. The pool was very clean with great seating options. Access to the beach is so easy with plenty of wash off areas.

We loved this condo - easy to get to, somewhat private towards the end of the beach, and great views of the channel for boat watching. Had everything we needed, and was a great place for us!

4th of July Weekend

Arrived July 4th to a great fireworks show on the beach right in front of condo. Great weekend with the family and grandkids and we will be back in the future.
