The Great: Host was super responsive, check-in was a breeze (all digital access), location is ideal, there is a solid breakfast option right next door (3720 Collins/The Tavern), and other choices as well, Uber-ing to S Beach is generally very affordable (10-12ish), Internet was easy to access, set-up Netflix on TV, etc - all great. I didn't use fridge/stove, etc, but it seems fine. Air conditioning was fine. The Good: Like much of Miami Beach, the properties have been around for a while, so this is not new construction, though the room's look is modern; the building itself (including the hallway) is not new. This is a great location. It's directly across Collins from the beach and away from the chaos in S. Beach, though it's either a long-ish walk or short Uber down if that's your goal. I walked down Collins- plenty to see - so is fine, or walk the boardwalk.
