Enjoy this family friend neighborhood with a stroll to the state park beach only half a mile away. Or walk down the street to the marina and see some great sailboat races!
Spend your evenings unwinding on the back deck, around the fire pit or the charming 3-season front porch, perfect for games, reading, or simply enjoying the breeze. For daytime adventures, head to the nearby Muskegon Country Club for a round of golf or explore the scenic trails surrounding Lake Muskegon.
- No parties or events allowed.
- No smoking or vaping inside the house. You may smoke/vape outdoors, but please remember to throw the butts in the trash, not on the ground. Smoking in the house will incur an additional $250 cleaning fee.
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. No one should be on the property other than those included in the rental agreement without prior approval from the management team.
- If additional guests are brought onto the property without prior approval from the management team, that will be grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
