About this property
Waterfront Home On Muskegon Channel
This home is uniquely situated on the inlet off the Muskegon Channel with direct waterfront access into Muskegon Lake and Lake Michigan. It has been updated over the years features 1200sq ft, two bedrooms, one full bathroom and all the amenities of home including; wireless internet, Netflix, AC, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fire pit, & weber grill. There's over 75' of docking to tie up your boat(s), launch kayaks or paddleboards and enjoy all the watersports. Fishing from the dock is great fun for kids, you'll catch a variety of fish. Boating, biking or walking are the best ways to enjoy this area, along the lakes, dunes, channel and piers.
Beautiful Pere Marquette and Harbortowne beaches are only a short walk or head out to find your own secluded beach easily accessible by boat, swim, hike dunes and enjoy beach fun. It's truly a great area for walks, runs, bike rides, sunsets and stars. Ships and boats making their way through the channel allows you to see it all from right there.
Silversides Submarine and Naval Museum along with a couple parks and play structures are close by in the neighborhood.
Dockers and The Deck resturants are walking distance, with great food and live music on the weekends all summer long.
My home is located in a mostly private neighborhood so being respectful and well minded is appreciated.

About the host
Hosted by Bill McNiff

I've lived in the home for several years and grew up in the area enjoying many of the great things Muskegon has to offer; boating, watersports, beaches and having too much fun. I've recently married and moved to the north side of Muskegon Lake. I've rented on VRBO and own other rental properties so I know what's required to make your stay enjoyable.
