I spent over a month here. The interior space was fairly well-appointed very clean albeit a studio. And it's a great location in South Laguna. The driveway to the upstairs parking can be challenging to find and maneuver at first, but once you figure it out you're good. Any time I reached out, I received responses very quickly. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this space is very challenging as it's directly on/above the PCH and receives all the loud car noises day and night. Because of that I was unable to really open the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze. However, you cannot beat the view from this spot. It is simply gorgeous.
