Relax and unwind at this Boone Lakefront updated home, bring your boat and store it in the private covered floating boat dock. Watch the sunrise over the lake from the deck with coffee, or jump in, take the kayaks out, and enjoy lake living to the max! Amazing fishing location, and great spot for watersports.

Whether you are vacationing, visiting Tri-Cities, or needing a romantic weekend getaway, this lake house will not disappoint. Great location just 15 minutes from Downtown JC, Bristol Motor Speedway, and 20 minutes from ETSU.

Master bedroom on main with queen size bed and double closet. Queen bedroom upstairs as well as queen and twin pull-out beds for additional beds if needed. Upstairs, a full bathroom with a large double soaking tub and shower. Open concept kitchen with island and all kitchen needs for cooking.

Outside, you'll find Adirondack chairs, a grill, trees to hang a hammock, and lounge chairs to take in the fresh breeze or soak up the sun. WIFI, board games, smart TV for streaming favorite shows/movies among other provided amenities.

Absolutely fabulous pet friendly property. Perfectly decorated, comfortable, and had everything we could have needed. We are planning on renting this same property next summer. It will be a wonderful, deliciously cool mountain retreat when everyone else is headed to the beach! Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Blue Lake Haven is a true gem! The house was spotless and nicely decorated with everything we needed for our stay and then some. I enjoyed the extra touches, nice soaps, lotion and sundries. They added that extra touch! Games, kayaks and a paddleboard made everything perfect.The host is super nice and gave us great recommendations. Highly recommend!
