Welcome to "The Green Wave" FD260! Step inside this spacious retreat boasting four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for up to ten guests to unwind comfortably. A serene atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The heart of this rental, however, lies in its outdoor spaces designed for endless fun in the sun. Gather around the outdoor fire pit table for refreshing drinks and lively conversation and outdoor games. Expansive outdoor seating area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals cooked on the grill. STR#:598053

The property management and staff was excellent great communication my first time renting from them made me feel at ease and was so simple to book the place. even my wife left behind her apple watch they reached out to me that the housekeeper found it and returned that says a lot about there staff will rent from them in the future it was a beautiful place we all loved it!!!

Clean Property

Place was wonderful. Great location. Only negative thing was that there was no hot water not even to wash dishes correctly or shower and also No garbage can inside of home so we had a trash bag on the floor our whole stay. No cleaning supplies to clean the counter Other than those things everything went smooth.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our group of 9!! We had 3 young adults/children and the rest were adults. Everyone had their own space which was perfect! The house had utensils and what they didnt have we added too it! It was nice having a bathroom in two of the rooms! The bed was very comfy. The only thing that was weird was when people walked in the house it felt as if the whole house was shaking which is not a bad thing just weird! The outside sitting area was great for sitting outside and watching movies but the neighbors were a little noisy in their pools.. Great location and we will be staying again in the little green house!!
