This property truly did have a “big view” and was near great hiking. Both Sam’s Point and Bear Hill are nearby. The online listing is accurate and the provided amenities were excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a place to spend the week within 2 hrs of NYC and within 30 min or so of a barn in Orange Cty.. We got that, and so much more. This was a most graciously equipped home, clean, comfy, and on an expansive property that gave our dog ample space to run. The view though -- it's unparalleled. Beautiful sunsets, stunning amidst rising fog, awesome under any circumstances. John and Laura are wonderful hosts, right down to the doggy towels! Thank you both.
