About this property
Industrial-Chic, Newly Renovated in the Center of Provincetown!
Welcome to Nauset's Den! One of the most unique and luxurious properties on Commercial St in the center of Provincetown.
Come enjoy Provincetown in this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom that spans the two top floors of a historical building originally built in 1850. This sanctuary is furnished with high end furniture and decorated with items selected from around cape cod. This is truly a remarkable property. Come and have the experience of a lifetime!
Sophisticated art galleries, coffee shops, and some of the best restaurants and bars in town are within steps away. One of the many beaches is just half a block away. Don't need a car. The Boston Ferry is only a 5 mins walk from this property.
Since we are on Commercial Street, we do not have parking. However, there are lots of in town parking options (https://www.provincetown-ma.gov/81/Parking).
PRIVATE DECK: This is one of a few residential properties that has a large private deck overlooking Commercial street and Provincetown harbor. It is absolutely perfect to view parades, fireworks, and people watch as you sit back on your own patio lounge set sipping a beverage of your choice.
GOURMET KITCHEN: Grand kitchen with all new modern / stainless steel appliances, including a four burner gas stove (15,000 btu), granite counter-tops, rain glass back splash tiles, dishwasher, outdoor exhaust vent, fully stocked kitchen utensils, and crystal glassware for your enjoyment.
PRIVATE 11' CEILING SPA ROOM: Rejuvenate in your private spa-like master bathroom by soaking in an oversized free-standing tub. Look up in the skylight and let all your worries melt away.
The home is rented out only for limited weeks for the season.
A bit of history. The original house was constructed by Captain Belo for his family. Captain Belo was Portuguese decent. He was infamous for his taste in high end goods and his successes in the whaling industry.
