Vista Verde 102, Cozy Condo in Brownsville

Brownsville Country Club, Vista Verde Condominiums. Across the street from BCC Golf Course, and walking distance to Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Three Roku TVs and a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a private, recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two beds, one Queen size and one twin size. Both bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans with remote control.
The unit also has a 2 car garage with an electric garage door opener. The washer and dryer is conveniently located inside the unit, in the garage. You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)

It was a great place....spacious which made it more comfortable especially when spending all day with family and beach. Just needs a little fixing on the floor to the entrance in the 2nd bedroom but overall great place. Will stay again and will recommend.

Adequate for our needs

We left the unit a whole lot cleaner than when we moved in for our month long stay. There was long, black dog hair everywhere. The owned said he would talk to the cleaning lady about it, but my wife spent several hours cleaning. We also asked the owner about getting mail while we were there and he said he would look for the mail key. We never heard back from him. All in all it was a fairly nice unit but I will not stay there again.

Plenty of space in this two bedroom unit. My wife and I stayed at this place from late January through early February 2018 and enjoyed our time in Brownsville. Plenty to see for those interested in attractions. TV's in the bedrooms and living room all had different channels available which was a little odd, but we weren't there to watch TV. No DVD available. Washer and dryer worked well and are of good size. Reasonably priced and we would definitely consider renting again.
