Private location, close to Penn Yan and all the area has to offer. Very roomy home, large kitchen, dining area. Beds were not very comfortable and a/c units in windows are loud, but house was very clean. Big yard for the dogs to enjoy was great.

We had a great weekend. Property was clean and receptive. Instructions were perfect and communication with host was great. One of the mattresses could use updating. Also, there is no TV. This wasn't an issue for us, but it surprised me. We would stay there again if we need extra space in the area.

An absolutely wonderful property, hosted by a very attentive and responsive owner. One room could use a blind to combat the morning sun, but other than that, a great place. We would definitely stay there again.
