Oscar's place was just as described. I wish I could have stayed a little longer to enjoy the LA sun along with the covered table just outside of the apartment. The neighborhood was quite and seemed pretty safe. The "welcome" chocolate was much appreciated. I would definitely stay again should I return to the Lawndale area.

I really liked my stay at this casita! Oscar has been an awesome host and communicated all the instructions clearly. It made my first solo travel to LA wonderful and safe. The neighborhood is very safe and I was able to walk safely to In N Out for dinner during my stay (an added bonus). The casita is small and cozy which is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple stay. I would recommend staying here again.

Locking the door was tricky but once it was shown to me, it was no problem. Parking is off the street and its first come first serve, but it wasn't a problem except for two nights, but we managed. Host was very friendly and the place is perfect for two people.We would definitely stay here again.
