What a top-notch resort and condo! So convenient in every sense! Alicja was a fabulous host who kept communication open and responded right away to any questions we had. The condo was fully stocked, the air conditioner and ceiling fan worked wonderfully, the Internet was lightning-fast, and the lush mountain view from the lanai was simply spectacular! This unit is conveniently located right next to the front entrance/lobby, making parking and walking to/from the unit easy. The resort cafe, and two on-site restaurants are also located right next to the unit building, by the lobby. The main pool is also right next to the unit building as well. I will recommend the Hanalei Bay Resort and Alicja’s units to any and all. Aloha and mahalo!

Alicja was the best host ever! She was so responsive and helpful in the midst of a medical emergency I experienced. Her condo was perfect—beautiful view from the deck and close to the pool and restaurants. We would definitely rent her place again! John

We noticed a smell in the bathroom, the rest of the place was great. I’m not sure why we had remove trash. That seems like a job for the housekeeper/cleaning person. Otherwise staff was great and over all your home was comfortable! We would absolutely stay again
