Excellent view of Gulf, right on the beach, very clean and like new. Beautifully decorated. Location is quiet, close to Publix and a few restaurants. Shelling excellent. Amenities perfect.

Management was great about staying in touch. Beautiful views, great location mid island. A few maintenance issues that were resolved quickly.

I’m reticent to leave this glowing review only because I don’t want it taken when I want to return. This is a prime location — pristine beach: large, beautiful, well-maintained — with a Publix a short walk away, and the unit (top floor, north side, away from potential pool noise) make it the best condo on the middle of Fort Meyers beach!
