Complete with a Queen size bedroom on one end and a cozy living room on the other with a full kitchen, and a dedicated office space in the middle. Located close to Crystal Lake and Downtown Decatur, and minutes from Downtown Bentonville, but without the high price tag. Only 15 miles to the infamous Coler Mtn. Bike Preserve, you can ride or drive and avoid the traffic. "The Duke," right next door is also available if you'd like to book it as well for friends/ family.
