Why they chose this property
I adore the promiseland neighborhood. It's a quite family oriented community that is beautiful for long walks, and contains multiple parks for children and adults. We are 2 blocks from a sandy beach access on the sound that is calm and relaxing. We are also close to down town where there's a variety of shopping, restaurants, thrift stores, antiques, art, and the beautiful waterfront and big rock landing. Centrally located is easy to enjoy Beaufort, atlantic beach, new port, cape Carteret, Swansboro, or emerald isle.
What makes this property unique
The house was built in the early 1900s and has old historic charm but is newly remodeled for ease and technology. I love the big covered porch and there's a lift for those with bad knees.
