This was also verified by our professional cleaning team who prepared the home prior to your arrival. We take all smoking violations seriously and would never overlook such an issue, as our properties are strictly non-smoking and routinely checked after every stay. While we regret that the scent you experienced affected your impression of the home, our findings did not support any prior smoking activity. Please know we genuinely tried to resolve this by offering support during your stay and reviewing your refund request thoroughly, but without verifiable evidence, we could not proceed under platform policy. We value your feedback, as it helps us strengthen our inspection and quality control processes even further.
