This beautiful, south-facing modern design Villa on 2500 sqft. leaves nothing to be desired.

The property can accommodate up to 6 guests (max 4 adults & 2 kids) and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom and the junior bedroom have a king-size bed and TV's, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink and bathtub. The junior bathroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and the 3rd. bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

You can read and relax in the den, which you can also use perfectly as an office with the desk and chair. Integrated into the living room is the kitchen with bar seating and a spacious dining area. First-class appliances and kitchen accessories invite you to spend an evening with friends and create convivial dinners. The sliding doors of the modernly furnished living room can be opened completely and immediately create a huge space that combines indoor and outdoor areas.

The outdoor area is a real highlight. This is beautifully landscaped with palm trees and exotic plants. The electrically heated salt water pool and hot tub (no smell of chlorine and particularly skin-friendly) faces south and guarantees undisturbed sunny days and pure vacation pleasure. The covered seating area with outdoor kitchen and gas grill is ideal for sociable barbecue evenings. Comfortable sun loungers are also available for you. A path takes you to the dock. Treat yourself to a cool drink, let your eyes and thoughts wander and enjoy Cape Coral with its unique atmosphere.

The villa is very quiet and yet centrally located. Stores, grocery stores and numerous restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Banks and gas stations as well as golf and tennis courts are also just a short drive away. A cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, 4 bikes and much more are waiting for you.

Cape Coral is an absolute dream on the water. From here you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach and the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
You can rent a boat to this villa, just ask for it when booking.

Electric is not included and will be charged by actual consumption and must be paid on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.

For your information: The garage can not be used, only the parking space in front is available.

Smoking is not permitted inside of this villa.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies pets are not allowed.
