Great spacious house, very clean and perfectly accommodating for our dog! Safe quiet neighborhood walking distance to new restaurants on Castle or the riverfront downtown! Host was great with easy check in and out process and countless amenities. Cozy spot with everything you need, look forward to coming back again soon!

We loved our stay. The house is so cute, and perfect size for my family of three and our pup (who was so comfortable and felt so welcome). This was an amazing property in an amazing location and I highly recommend.

This house was perfect for our home away from home while working in Wilmington for a few days. The location was great, allowing us to walk to coffee shops, restaurants and historic downtown. Aaron was great to work with and everything was clearly communicated. The house was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Fantastic property that was updated and very clean. Everything we needed on the inside including a fabulous kitchen, relaxing tv area, perfect dining area, large bedrooms with comfortable beds and big modern bathrooms. Great historic location. Very close to the river walk and it only took about 15-16 minutes to walk to several restaurants. Only one tight parking spot on the property, but plenty of street parking. Super property and Aaron, the host, was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Very beautiful home and convenient (walking distance) to Station No. 2 event venue along with a few coffee shops. Nicely updated and would be perfect for a family or two couples to share since the bedrooms are on separate floors. Off street parking is only suitable for smaller cars and SUVs (no way our Suburban would fit) but there was sufficient parking on the street directly in front of the house. I would stay there again.

Wonderful home in the heart of Historic Wilmington. Easy walk to the Riverwalk. 3 or 4 fabulous restaurants with a few blocks. Great communication from the manager.
